For a technical problem, a disputed premise, or a tradition that feels misrepresented, send enough detail for the issue to be reproduced without sharing anything you would rather keep private.

Helpful details include the mode, the exact premise or result, your device and system version, and a screenshot. You never need to send your complete beliefs or answer history for ordinary support.

Quick fixes

A mode will not open or an image keeps loading

Check your connection, close and reopen the app, and try the mode again. Wonder Path contains detailed artwork; the first visit may take longer while images are prepared for later questions.

Music does not start

Tap once inside the app, then use the round music control. Phones may prevent sound from beginning before the first interaction, and silent mode or system volume can still affect playback.

My saved journey disappeared

Journeys are currently stored only on the device. Clearing site data, removing the app, using private browsing, or changing browsers can remove or separate that history. Export important Atlas history before clearing data.

I chose the wrong Instincts answer

Use the “Oops—previous premise” control before finishing. At the result, defining contradictions can also be reviewed and clarified.

Report a theology or source issue

Please include the premise, expected mapping, tradition, and—when possible—an authoritative text or official teaching that supports the correction. A Map of Belief prefers a tradition’s own sources, while recognizing that decentralized traditions may require representative scholarship instead of one official statement.

Privacy help

Local journeys can be exported or deleted in My Atlas. Operational analytics can also be turned off there. Read the full Privacy Policy for the difference between local history, anonymous operational events, and a diagnostic run you choose to submit.
